About Me
I’m Niketa Jhaveri, a UX Leader at Amazon with 22 years of experience shaping the future of human-centered AI and design. My journey may look polished today, but it started in Mumbai where I didn’t learn English until I was 13.
Determined to catch up, I took late-night trains for English classes and discovered design through Photoshop. By 15, I was working with India’s top photographer and fashion designer, balancing college and work out of pure hunger to learn.
At 17, I stepped into sales for my father’s business, where I learned to lead in a male-dominated world, negotiate with government officials, and work with global brands. That mix of grit, design, and leadership still drives me today.
Now, I help organizations design experiences where technology empowers people, not the other way around.

I believe today’s biggest challenge is not only innovating faster but also ensuring that AI and technology keep humanity at the center. My vision is to build a world where Tech + AI + UX + Design come together to create meaningful, inclusive, and future-ready experiences for everyone.

My mission is to inspire, mentor, and connect leaders who are shaping what comes next. Through speaking, community building, and thought leadership, I focus on bridging vision with action. I help teams align business goals with user needs while pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
